1. Acceptance of invitation
By registering to attend the conference, the Registrant/Attendee agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all reasonable instructions provided by OQ or the Organizer on its behalf.
Please review the terms that apply to your participation in the OQ RPI RAM Conference & Exhibition, whether you are attending or exhibiting.
For conference registrants and attendees.
By registering to attend the conference, the Registrant/Attendee agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all reasonable instructions provided by OQ or the Organizer on its behalf.
Attendees participate at their own risk. OQ, the Organizer, venue operators and event partners are not liable for loss, theft, personal-property damage, injury or claims arising from attendance, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
For companies participating in the exhibition.
OQ RPI RAM Exhibition showcases solutions, products and technologies supporting excellence in maintenance, reliability and asset management. The conference and exhibition take place at Radisson Blu, Suhar, on 15–16 September 2026. Setup and installation take place one or two days before the conference; exhibition hours follow the conference agenda.
Exhibitors must offer products, services, tools or solutions relevant to maintenance, reliability, asset management, predictive maintenance, digital transformation or industrial innovation. OQ may accept or decline applications at its discretion.
Booths are allocated from the published exhibition layout on a first-come, first-served basis. OQ and the Organizer may make minor location adjustments for layout optimisation or final tent configuration.
Full payment is required after booth selection, agreement to these terms and OQ confirmation of the selected booth(s). Participation is confirmed only upon full payment in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
Exhibitors participate at their own risk. OQ and the Organizer are not liable for loss, theft or damage to exhibitor materials, or injury or damage caused by exhibitor operations.
Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that displays do not infringe intellectual-property rights. OQ may remove content that violates regulations or standards.
OQ is not liable for failure or delay due to natural disasters, wars, closures, government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
By participating, the exhibitor agrees to comply with these terms and follow instructions issued by OQ and the Organizer. OQ may enforce rules and take corrective action where required.
